Thank you, Honourable Chair. On behalf of the Open Lunar Foundation, I would like to congratulate you on your election as Chair of this Honourable Committee. We are confident that under your able leadership, the Committee will be able to make important progress at this session. 

Distinguished delegates, we appreciate this opportunity to update the Committee on our activities and highlight the role of Open Lunar in fostering and guiding projects that create stewardship and enhance cooperation and good governance on the Moon.
